Shipping charge is automatically calculated by weight of items and packing, under the Australian Post & Hong Kong Post Office & postage rates.

Local Australian Items posted by local registered mail. It takes 4 � 5 days to arrive.
Local Hong Kong Items posted by local registered mail. It takes 4 days to arrive.

Oversea countries Items posted by international registered air mail. It takes 10 days to arrive.

We deliver items in next day morning from time of your order. Items ordered at Saturday, Sunday and the day before public holiday will be delivered at next working day morning.

Return Policy:
Maxtoes does not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind or purchase the incorrect product. In the rare event that a fault or damage to your purchase is overlooked during dispatch,

Maxtoes will happily exchange or refund your purchase providing it is returned in original packaging with tags attached and is unworn and unwashed. Please notify Maxtoes within 7 days of purchase should your items be damaged or otherwise faulty.

If you have received an item which is unsuitable due to sizing etc., please email us prior to sending the item back with your details and the reason for exchange and we will replace it with a more suitable item but the shipping cost is cover by buyer.
